flammable, explosive, toxic and 

radioactive;

①All kinds of flammable liquids:such

as gasoline,diesel, alcohol, ether, etc.

②All kinds of explosives: such as

detonators, explosives, gunpowder,

fireworks and firecrackers,nitrocellulose.

③All kinds of flammable solids, 

spontaneously combustible substances,

and water-flammable substances: such

as sulfur,flash powder,solid alcohol,

yellow phosphorous, white phosphorous,

titanium powder, metallic sodium, etc.;

3.Chemicals

①Various oxidants and peroxides:

such as permanganate, hydrogen oxide,

sodium peroxide, lead peroxide,nitrate,

hydrogen peroxide, etc.

②Various types of compressed and 

liquefied gases and their containers: 

such as A, B, butane, liquefied gas, 

helium,etc.

③Various radioactive and corrosive 

substances: such as uranium, cobalt,

radium, plutonium, sulfuric acid, nitric 

acid,batteries, etc.

4.Drugs and illegal medical samples

① All kinds of drugs and drug use tools, 

narcotics and psychotropic drugs for 

illegal purposes; such as curling, ice, 

heroin, marijuana,piperonal, sassafras 

oil, etc

②Various biochemical products,

infectious substances such as germs,

parasites, excreta,medical waste,

diagnostic samples,blood samples,

urine samples, human tissues, etc.

5.Various illegally forged and 

infringing items

①All kinds of illegally forged items:

such as forged or altered currency,

certificates, official seals, etc.

②All kinds of illegal publications,

audio-visual products, etc., such as

books,photographs,audio-visuals,etc.

that undermine national unity,social 

stability,promote cults,obscenity,etc.

③All kinds of infringements of 

intellectual property rights and

counterfeit and shoddy articles:such

as books, audio and video,food,medicine

electronic products, cosmetics,clothing

shoes and hats,etc.

6.All kinds of spy equipment and antique

and crafts:

①Such as hidden eavesdropping 

equipment, transceivers, one-time

codebooks, steganography tools,

electronic monitoring and interception

equipment used to obtain information,etc.

②Antiques and crafts: such as porcelain,

exquisite glass products, etc.

7.Endangered wild animals and their

products.Such as ivory, tiger bone,

rhino horn and its products.

8.All kinds of prohibited items：

Foods, medicines, or other items that

hinder the health of humans and

animals, come from epidemic areas,

and can spread diseases; documents,

materials, and other items that involve

state secrets.

9.general prohibited goods

①Tobacco (cigarettes, tobacco leaves,

shredded tobacco, cigars, tea).

②Ordinary stamps, postal albums;

gambling equipment and appliances.

③Special valuables (diamonds, gold

and silver, coins, cash, jade, platinum,

jewelry, jewellery, fur, name painting, etc.）

④ Cards and tickets involving finance

(bank cards, financial cards), securities 

and any type of currency issued by

countries in the world).

⑤All barreled liquid and thick goods:

such as chemical reagents, beverages

flour or other liquid and powdery items,

fluids, semi-fluid or pastes.

10.Food

①Any unidentified liquid or powdered

food, seasoning, etc.

②Vegetables and plants, including 

seeds, bulbs, bulbs, tubers, rhizomes,

seedlings, etc. used for planting.
