Reminder: When your package is worth more than
US$50, it is recommended to purchase package
insurance. If the goods are lost or damaged, payment
will be made in accordance with CE China-Cambodia
Express requirements. Please read the following relevant
terms and conditions carefully:
1. Package signing matters:
①. When signing for the package, please check
face-to-face with the courier to confirm whether the outer
packaging of the package is intact (whether it is obviously
damaged or opened, whether there is a significant
difference in weight), if there is any abnormality,
please promptly explain to the courier or customer service ;
②. If there is an abnormal situation such as parcel loss or
damage, please contact Customer Service Department.
2. Insurance claims:
①. Instructions for insurance and compensation
Premium = declared value of the package*2%
(a uniform premium of 2$ is charged for the declared
value within 100$), and the maximum compensation
for an insured package is 2000$.
a. Lost: Compensation amount = declared value
(if the actual value of the goods is lower than the
declared value, the compensation will be paid
according to the actual value)
b. Damage: Compensation amount = declared
value * damage ratio (if the actual value of the damaged
commodity is lower than the declared value,
it will be paid according to the actual value of the damage)
Note: The actual value of the goods is subject to the
invoice and other valid goods value certification
documents provided by the customer.
②. Description of uninsured compensation
a. Lost: Compensation amount = freight
amount*3 (If the actual value of the goods is
less than 3 times the freight, the actual value will be paid)
b. Damage: not within the scope of compensation
Note: The actual value of the goods is subject to the invoice
and other valid goods value certification documents
provided by the customer.
3. Deductible description
a. The outer box is reinforced without damage,
and the goods in the inner box are damaged,
and no compensation will be granted.
b. Fragile goods, prohibited goods, goods that infringe
on intellectual property rights,
and goods that you have not declared, falsely reported,
or concealed are all excluded from the scope of claims.
c. Due to uncontrollable factors such as customs blockage, epidemic closure, customs inspection and other uncontrollable factors, we will not provide compensation for expired, rotten and customs detained goods.
